Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to clients and visitors while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities as directed.; Conduct regular and random foot patrols of interior and exterior areas, including parking areas and perimeter points, to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify hazards and/or maintenance concerns.; Monitor access points and building activity, including observing cameras and/or alarm indicators when assigned, and report suspicious or unusual conditions to site leadership and/or Allied Universal supervision.; Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including providing directions, coordinating with on-site staff, and contacting public responders when needed.; Complete shift documentation, incident reports, and patrol logs, and communicate relevant information during shift transitions using approved reporting procedures.
