Summary: These positions are assigned to the Idaho Training Center (ITC), Orchard Combat Training Center (OCTC), Idaho Army National Guard (IDARNG), functioning within the State of Idaho - Military Division. The primary purpose of these positions is to operate, inspect and maintain construction equipment in support of the road network and firing ranges within the OCTC and projects in support of the IDARNG's Integrated Training Area Management (ITAM) Program to include Range and Training Land Assessment (RTLA) and the Land Rehabilitation and Maintenance (LRAM).

MILITARY DIVISION MANDATORY QUESTIONS:

(2) Do you certify that I am a U.S. citizen, permanent resident or a Foreign National with authorization to work in the United States?

MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS:

(1) Must be an enlisted member of the Idaho National Guard. Provide your military grade, job title, MOS/AFSC and unit of assignment.

(2) Must have and maintain a valid and unrestricted state issued driver's license (from any state).Provide your driver's license number, issuing state, license expiration date, and the full name specified on the license.(Do not provide a copy of your driver's license.)

(3) Must have, or be eligible to obtain, and maintain a favorable T1 Federal Background Investigation. If a selected candidate does not have a current favorable T1, as a condition of employment he/she must submit to the investigation process immediately upon hire/appointment. (At a minimum, a favorable suitability determination by the State Security Manager is required prior to appointment into this position.)

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE: Must have 12-months of experience performing work related to the knowledge requirements below. Submit a paragraph for each knowledge requirement below that demonstrates the required experience and describes competence in applying the knowledge. Education and training may be used to offset experience.

(1) Describe your familiarity and experience with land rehabilitation equipment including, but not limited to, tractors, seeders, drill seeders, UTV's, mowers and sprayers. Operational knowledge of 1-10-ton dump trucks, bulldozers, 2-1/2 to 5-yard front-end loaders, graders, backhoe and rubber-wheeled agricultural tractors with accessories. Describe related education/training and work experience.

(2) Describe your knowledge of operator safety programs.

(3) Describe your ability to interpret and implement instructions contained in various operator manuals.

(4) knowledge of the Orchard Combat Training Center (OCTC)/Orchard Training Area (OTA) maneuver areas and road network maintenance requirements.

(5) Describe your ability to interpret work orders and implement project instructions.

(6) Describe your ability to perform project status reports.

(7) Describe your ability to prepare a project work plan.
