BASIC FUNCTIONS

  • Greet guests as they enter the Locker Area and the Gift Shop.
  • Provide quality guest interaction and service with friendliness and guest focus.
  • Provide product education to guests on items sold throughout the Gift Shop.
  • Promote and upsell retail items.
  • Ring-up and bag retail items sold at your cash register.
  • Process accurate cash and credit card transactions.
  • Sell day-use lockers to guests.
  • Process payments, fulfill season locker passes and add cash for guests using cashless wristbands.
  • Promote and upsell season pass locker upgrades.
  • Promote and upsell cashless wristbands.
  • Stock retail products and maintain the appearance of stocked products on store fixtures and displays.
  • Assist guests with locker rentals.
  • Keep lockers clean and polished (inside and out).
  • Maintain Gift Shop, locker grounds and general park cleanliness and appearance. This may include sweeping, picking up trash, washing windows, vacuuming and other cleaning responsibilities.
  • Attend to the needs of park guests and provide answers to guests' questions.
  • Assist in the education and enforcement of general park, attraction, and safety rules.
  • Assist with proper oversite of lost and found items.
  • Keep accurate time which includes clocking in and out for shifts, breaks and lunches.

INTERMEDIATE FUNCTIONS
  • Maintain candy inventory in gift shop/park vending machines.
  • Control guest access into electronic lockers, learning daily locker operation procedures.
  • Maintain and upkeep lockers and locker kiosks.
  • Maintain an understanding of computer systems related to sales and rentals.
  • Sell employee uniforms as needed and assist with employee uniform needs throughout your shift.
  • Lead staff to pick up and drop off tills from Cash Control.
  • Learn the use of park communication radios, with a focus on memorizing and using important radio codes.

ADVANCED FUNCTIONS
    • Assist in processing retail orders; compare orders received against purchase order, label products with assigned price and item code, display items using merchandising strategies.
    • Assist in maintaining accurate retail and uniform inventory.
    • Troubleshoot and execute locker repairs and maintenance.
