Summary

We are seeking a skilled Respiratory Therapist to join our team at Arris Healthcare. In this role, you will provide critical respiratory care to patients in sub-acute units, ensuring their needs are met with the highest standards of care. Your expertise will directly contribute to improving patient outcomes and enhancing their quality of life.

Responsibilities

• Administer respiratory therapy treatments and procedures as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitor and assess patient conditions, including vital signs and respiratory status.
• Provide ventilator management and trach care for patients with complex respiratory needs.
• Educate patients and families on respiratory health and treatment plans.
• Collaborate with nursing staff and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Utilize state-of-the-art technology to deliver effective respiratory services.

Requirements

• Valid Respiratory Therapist license in the state of practice.
• Experience in sub-acute settings preferred.
• Strong knowledge of airway management techniques and medical terminology.
• Basic Life Saving (BLS) Certification.
• Familiarity with pulmonology practices and hospital medicine is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills for effective patient interaction.

Pay: $34.50 - $40.00 per hour

• 12-hour shift
• Night shift

Supplemental Pay:

• Bonus opportunities

• CRT (Required)
