Conduct pre qualified listing appointments and convert with confidence
Lead pricing and market strategy conversations using CMAs and real data
Set clear expectations with sellers from consultation through closing
Negotiate contracts with professionalism and composure
Follow proven listing systems instead of recreating processes
Stay current on market conditions to protect your clients' interests

• Identify and secure new listings through effective prospecting and networking.
• Perform accurate Comparative Market Analyses (CMAs) to guide sellers on pricing strategies.
• Maintain regular communication with sellers, ensuring they are informed throughout the process.
• Negotiate contracts and offers to achieve the best possible terms for clients.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure a seamless experience for sellers, utilizing our systems and administrative support.
• Stay up-to-date with local market trends and adjust strategies as necessary.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of successfully listing and selling properties.
• In-depth knowledge of the local real estate market.
• Expertise in conducting and presenting CMAs.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and client management skills.
• Active real estate license required.
