Material Handlers ( All Shifts)

Description:

Adecco is hiring reliable and energetic Material Handlers to join our team at Nike's worldclass distribution center. As part of the Nike logistics team, you will help keep products moving across the supply chain-from warehouse to customer-with speed, accuracy, and teamwork.
Key Responsibilities

Warehouse Operations

  • Pick, pack, sort, and scan merchandise using RF scanners.
  • Move materials throughout the facility using carts, pallet jacks (manual or electric), or other approved equipment.
  • Load and unload trailers as needed.
  • Ensure products are handled safely and stored correctly.
Product Quality & Accuracy
  • Perform accurate counts and maintain inventory integrity.
  • Follow Nike's quality standards for product handling, packaging, and labeling.
  • Report any damaged or missing items immediately.
Safety & Facility Standards
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Follow all Nike and Adecco safety rules, including PPE requirements.
  • Participate in safety huddles and shift briefings.
Team Collaboration
  • Work closely with shift leads and supervisors to meet production goals.
  • Communicate issues related to equipment, inventory, or workflow.
  • Support continuous improvement within your department.
Qualifications
  • Previous warehouse or material handling experience preferred, but training available.
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift (up to 50 lbs).
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with production targets.
  • Basic computer or scanner literacy a plus.
  • Reliable attendance and strong teamwork skills.

Pay Details: $15.00 to $17.00 per hour
