Your Responsibilities:

• Collect trash and recycling bags from residents' doorsteps within the apartment community and transport them to the on-site trash compactor. No heavy lifting of bulk items, off-site driving, or dumping required.

• Utilize our company's mobile app on your smartphone to log service details, including arrival, departure, tracking, and any necessary non-compliance photos.

• This is a physically active position that involves walking the property, climbing stairs, and occasionally working outdoors in various weather conditions.

What We Offer:

• Competitive Pay: $20 - $23 per hour

• Flexible Schedule: Evening shifts, typically Sunday-Thursday, starting at 7:00 or 8:00 PM

• Part-Time Hours: Approximately 10-15+ hours per week

• Close-to-Home Assignments: We strive to assign you to a property near your residence.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Must be at least 18 years old

• Authorized to work in the U.S. (proof required upon hire)

• Need a smartphone with a data plan for mobile app usage

• A personal pick-up truck or vehicle with a trailer is preferred

• Valid driver's license and current auto insurance in your name preferred

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.

• Must be able to walk long distances and climb stairs multiple times during a shift

• Comfortable working around bagged trash and waste

• Able to withstand working outdoors in varying weather conditions
