Key Responsibilities:

  • As a Guest Service Cashier, you will report to the Restaurant General Manager and play a key role in championing our better burger mission.
  • Warmly greet and welcome all guests, ensuring they feel valued and appreciated.
  • Foster a positive and enjoyable work environment with your team.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members to maintain smooth operations.
  • Promote menu items and provide insightful meal suggestions to guests.
  • Ensure order accuracy and handle all transactions with care using our POS system.
  • Engage with guests post-service to ensure their dining experience exceeds expectations.
  • Encourage guests to participate in surveys about their experience.
  • Uphold food safety and cleanliness standards in all areas of the restaurant.
  • Show integrity and responsibility in all cash handling processes to minimize losses.
  • Utilize upselling techniques to enhance guest experience and maximize sales.

Requirements:

  • No previous experience required; we provide comprehensive training!
  • Must be at least 16 years old.
  • Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs as needed.
  • Flexible availability to work variable hours, including evenings and weekends.
  • Adhere to our uniform policy for a professional look.
  • Successfully complete and participate in the Smashburger training program.
  • Must be able to provide authorized U.S. work documents; we participate in E-Verify.
