We are looking for an experienced Service Operations Manager to oversee our service team, foster development, and ensure we provide a safe, environmentally compliant workplace. You will have the opportunity to manage your own operation, make critical decisions, and thrive within a collaborative service environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and inspire a diverse service team including administrative, technical, and sales associates.
• Enhance team spirit aligned with Altec values while reinforcing service group processes.
• Handle managerial duties such as planning, organizing, budgeting, and ensuring timely job completion.
• Maintain a strong focus on customer satisfaction, adhering to specifications and cost-effectiveness.
• Engage in up to 50% travel, both locally and non-locally, as needed.

Basic Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of six years supervisory experience in a manufacturing or service environment.
• Proficiency in field service concepts, practices, and procedures.
• A strong reliance on experience and judgment to achieve set goals.
• Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt are essential.
