As a Culinary Team Member, you play a vital role in our kitchen, helping to create delicious meals with enthusiasm and care. Your contributions are essential to providing a warm and inviting atmosphere for our guests.

In this dynamic, fast-paced position, you will have the opportunity to take on key responsibilities and support the overall success of our restaurant. You will:

• Help create a lively and welcoming environment for our guests.
• Prepare dishes according to company recipes and standards.
• Train and guide other kitchen team members.
• Handle all Back of House operations.

Qualifications:

• Some high school education.
• Prefer some operational experience in a kitchen environment.
• Must meet local food safety requirements, such as obtaining a Food Handler certification at your own expense.

Physical Requirements:

This role involves working in a hot kitchen environment with high noise levels and limited space. You will be expected to:

• Stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Prepare both hot and cold foods using kitchen equipment safely.
• Effectively communicate and adapt in a rapidly changing environment.
