As a Shuttle Driver at the Grove Hotel, you will create a positive first and last impression by safely transporting guests, assisting with luggage, and offering friendly local guidance to enhance their stay. Job Duties/ Responsibilities:Safely transport hotel guests to and from designated locations following established schedules for The Grove Hotel, Courtyard by Marriott, and Hotel 43. Assist guests with loading and unloading luggage. Provide a warm and courteous environment, ensuring guest comfort and safety. Share information with guests about hotel amenities, local attractions, and dining options. Keep the shuttle clean, fueled, and in good working order.
