Assistant Field Office Manager Hoffman Construction Company
Location: Boise, ID | Salary: $115,000.00 - $140,000.00
The Assistant Field Office Manager provides essential administrative and operational support to ensure the smooth functioning of the field office. Reporting to the Field Office Manager, this role works closely with the project teamincluding the Field Office Manager, Project Superintendent, Project Manager, and subcontractorssupporting the coordination of documentation and daily office operations. The position will be located fully on site.
Role: Handle the Elations program, Davis Bacon, PLA salary requirements, and CHIP; assist in processing monthly subcontract billings and material invoices; track drug testing and safety orientation paperwork; develop and maintain files, forms, purchase orders, subcontract files, meeting minutes, and miscellaneous forms; manage office supplies; coordinate site security and badging; support hiring, weekly payroll, and termination of the union workforce; type daily diaries, meeting minutes, and other assignments; manage copying, filing, and mailing of job site correspondence.
