The Contents Restoration Helper is a full time position. This person is with the Contents Department primarily but not exclusively. Contents Restoration Helper is skilled in the completion of contents Pack Outs. Assists the project management staff in responsibilities that relate to the execution of warehouse management, pack outs, contents assessment, content and structural cleaning and deodorization. Duties will include, but are not limited to: *Transportations of contents/materials *Communication with property owners *Disassembly and assembly of basic furniture and appliances. *Packing, unpacking, moving of contents and furniture (must be able to lift 50-75 pounds) * Clean homes after construction *Good oral and verbal communication * Work well with team. *Self-starter, great organizational skills and planning. The employee is occasionally exposed to wet and/or humid conditions: fumes or airborne particles: toxic or a caustic chemicals.
