Administrative Assistant - Title Coordinator

  • 100% Onsite
  • Carmel, IN
What You'll Do
  • Process title and registration paperwork across U.S. states
  • Review documents for accuracy and compliance
  • Provide friendly, reliable customer and phone support
  • Track updates with state agencies, vendors, and auctions
  • Maintain accurate records, files, and inventory entries
  • Assist with general administrative tasks
What You Need
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Office or data entry experience preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and communication skills
  • Comfortable using Windows and Google applications
  • Typing 4560 WPM a plus
