Rate: $70 - $80 / hr. w2

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the subject matter expert for Workday HCM modules including Core HCM, Compensation, Benefits, Absence, Time Tracking, and Payroll.

  • Lead the configuration and enhancement of Workday modules through engaging stakeholders, gathering requirements, and designing solutions.

  • Manage data migrations and develop effective reporting/dashboard solutions.

  • Conduct thorough business process audits and implement strategies to optimize workflows and enhance processing efficiency.

  • Collaborate effectively with HR, Payroll, and Compliance teams to ensure data integrity and adherence to regulations.

  • Support Workday releases by testing new features, documenting changes, and conducting user training.

  • Oversee the product lifecycle from ideation to successful delivery for Workday HCM and related modules.

  • Define clear product roadmaps that align with business goals and user needs.

  • Work with cross-functional teams to devise and deploy scalable solutions.

  • Lead implementations and enhancements across various Workday modules, including Talent, Performance, Payroll, and Recruiting.

  • Translate business requirements into comprehensive technical specifications and manage testing, deployment, and user adoption processes.

  • Monitor and analyze product performance and user feedback to foster continual improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Experience with Workday Core HCM, Time Tracking, Absence, Compensation, and Benefits configuration.

  • Proficiency in EIBs, Calculated Fields, Report Writer, and BIRT.

  • Understanding of workflow design, security roles, and compliance measures (such as SOX and FMLA).

  • Strong skills in stakeholder engagement and change management.
