Production Operator - Day Shift

The Production Line Operator is responsible for running a production line safely and efficiently. This role involves complete training to operate the entire line, from dough mixing to tortilla packaging, significantly impacting the company's performance metrics. The role includes a tier-based responsibility and reward system, classified as T1, T2, and T3.

Responsibilities

• Operate a production line safely and efficiently.

The work environment is a premier manufacturing facility in Caldwell, Idaho, certified by SQF. We specialize in heat-pressed, hand-stretched flour and corn tortillas, producing about 5 million tortillas per day. Our facility employs over 300 full-time employees and serves customers worldwide. Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Caldwell, ID.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
