The Senior Engineer - Manufacturing Transformation Lead will spearhead collaborative IT teams and engage with business partners to provide impactful IT solutions across various projects in the Manufacturing and Procurement sectors.
Responsibilities
Lead diverse cross-functional IT projects and teams focused on Manufacturing and Procurement.
Work closely with different IT teams and business partners to implement manufacturing IT solutions.
Analyze business requirements and guide solution design.
Act as a dedicated partner for Manufacturing Plants.
Ensure adherence to IT and regulatory policies and requirements.
Qualifications
8-12 years of experience is preferred.
Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent work experience, is preferred.
6+ years of Manufacturing ERP experience is essential.
4-6 years of leading IT projects is preferred.
Experience collaborating with Manufacturing plants is a plus.
Functional expertise in Procure-To-Pay, Supply Chain, and/or Master Data is preferred.
Experience in the regulated life sciences industry is preferred.
SQL experience is advantageous.
Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required.

Anticipated salary range: $123,400 - $176,300
