We are looking for a Senior Principal Product Manager who excels at merging life sciences, AI, and cloud technology. In this influential role, you will guide the development of a modern agentic SaaS platform that unifies fragmented clinical, safety, and commercial applications into a comprehensive, high-value intelligence ecosystem.

This position is an impactful individual contributor role for a senior product leader eager to own strategic direction, influence executive decisions, and create platforms that transform operational dynamics in life sciences.

In this Role You Will:

• Define and execute the product strategy for Oracle's Life Sciences Intelligence Suite, ensuring alignment between long-term vision and real customer needs across clinical, safety, and commercial domains.

• Lead AI-driven product development, evolving from outdated workflows to intelligent, agentic applications that highlight insights and automate decision-making processes.

• Promote comprehensive trial workflows with pharmaceuticals and health systems, spanning from molecule portfolio planning and trial design to site selection, patient monitoring, safety reporting, and post-trial commercialization.

• Shape the architecture and user experience of the platform, facilitating seamless integration among pharma sponsors, provider sites, and analytics teams.

• Collaborate closely with engineering, data science, and cloud infrastructure teams to convert advanced AI capabilities into reliable and scalable products.

• Act as a senior product representative with customers, engaging with executive stakeholders to grasp scientific, regulatory, and operational priorities that influence product roadmap decisions.

• Assist in shaping the go-to-market strategy, working alongside sales, marketing, and business development to foster adoption, growth, and market leadership.

• Function as a principal-level individual contributor, raising the standards for product excellence, mentoring other product managers through influence, and cultivating product culture across HDI.

Ideal Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in product management within life sciences, healthcare technology, or enterprise SaaS fields.

• Demonstrated success in developing platform-level strategies that connect complex, siloed systems.

• A comprehensive understanding of digital health, clinical trial operations, pharmacovigilance, and real-world data ecosystems.

• Solid knowledge of AI, analytics, and agent-based systems, along with a practical grasp of healthcare data flows and architectures.

• Experience in highly regulated environments, with a focus on privacy, security, and compliance frameworks.

• A builder mindset that addresses real challenges and empowers developers, scientists, and clinicians to enhance the platform.

• A genuine commitment to improved patient outcomes and a vision to transform life sciences innovation.

Salary and Benefits:

The compensation range for this role is between $115,400 and $251,600 per annum, which may include bonuses, equity, and compensation deferral.
