Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Transform market insights and customer needs into actionable goals and strategies that drive sales and profitability.
  • Stay up-to-date with global market trends, providing recommendations to ensure competitiveness and sustainable success.
  • Utilize primary research (Voice of Customer) to identify market opportunities and implement solutions that meet customer needs.
  • Demonstrate a solid understanding of marketing and financial principles necessary for effective business planning.
  • Collaborate across various functional groups, including IT, Sales, Operations, and Marketing Communications, to support our objectives.
  • Become an expert on our product offerings, comprehending the complexities of market landscapes and customer needs.
  • Develop strong relationships across teams, including Sales, Global Product Management, and Medical Affairs to enhance our portfolio.
  • Create pricing and promotional strategies that align with business goals to optimize product profitability.
  • Engage proactively with customers, key opinion leaders, and advocacy groups to expand our reach and presence in the industry.
  • Maintain consistent communication with the sales team to ensure alignment on critical inventory needs and strategies.
  • Work collaboratively with Sales Training to develop and deliver impactful training sessions for the sales team.

Your Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience is preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience in product marketing is desired.
  • Willingness to travel up to 25% for business needs.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • A proactive attitude with the ability to make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and creative thinking skills.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • A collaborative approach that fosters a positive team culture.

Compensation: The anticipated salary range for this position is $80,900 - $103,500.
