Role Summary

The Manager of Industrial Sales and Marketing is a key leadership role responsible for driving sales growth and crafting marketing strategies that align with overall business objectives. This position encompasses sales management, marketing initiatives, business development, and customer engagement, while fostering performance, teamwork, and a culture of continuous improvement. The ideal candidate will blend strategic vision with proactive leadership within a B2B or industrial setting.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Design and implement effective sales and marketing strategies aimed at boosting revenue and expanding market reach.
  • Lead the sales, marketing, business development, and customer service teams.
  • Oversee marketing campaigns and advertising efforts, including planning, execution, and performance analysis.
  • Build and mentor high-performing teams through effective training and communication practices.
  • Set sales targets, track performance, and initiate improvement measures when necessary.
  • Collaborate across departments to ensure cohesive integration of sales and marketing strategies with overarching business goals.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, facilitating key business development opportunities.
  • Ensure timely execution of sales and marketing projects, adhering to established deadlines.
  • Occasional travel to engage with customers and partners, and to participate in business development activities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven success in sales management or leadership, ideally in an industrial, manufacturing, or B2B context.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Experience in developing and executing effective sales and marketing strategies.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word); familiarity with CRM or sales management software is a plus.
  • Ability to analyze data and interpret performance metrics for informed decision-making.
