Well-established and busy Technical Services and Solutions organization seeking a hands-on Site Supervisor to join our growing team, leading day-to-day operations at our semiconductor manufacturing site in Boise, ID. (Relocation assistance provided)

This role is highly customer-facing and requires constant interaction with client stakeholders to ensure safe, reliable, and uninterrupted support of high-volume manufacturing.

What You'll Do

• Serve as the primary on-site point of contact for the client
• Build strong relationships with customer operations and leadership teams
• Lead TGM, TCM, and logistics operations supporting high-volume manufacturing
• Own site safety, quality, and compliance (SEMI, OSHA, EHS)
• Drive continuous improvement, issue resolution, and zero-defect delivery

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering
• 5+ years experience in semiconductor or high-tech manufacturing
• Proven people leadership experience
• Strong knowledge of high-purity gas/chemical systems and cleanroom operations
• Excellent customer service, communication, and relationship-building skills

This is a direct-hire, long term career opportunity with a progressive and advancing organization, the starting base pay range is $150K-$155K plus benefits, incentives and lots of room for growth. This role sits in Boise, ID, relocation assistance will be provided.
