Groundskeeper - Parks Department - Now Hiring

Personnel Plus is currently hiring a Groundskeeper for the City of Caldwell Parks Department. This is a temporary/seasonal position with the potential to extend beyond 6 months based on performance and department needs.

Schedule:

• Friday, Saturday, Sunday
• 4:00 PM - 12:00 AM
• Swing Shift
• Weekends required

Pay: $16.00 per hour

Job Duties:

• Empty park trash receptacles
• Pick up general trash and illegally dumped debris
• Lock and unlock restroom facilities
• Clean, maintain, and restock park restrooms
• Restock dog waste stations
• Monitor parks and report observed issues or concerns
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Valid Idaho Driver's License
• Clean driving record
• Clean background check
• Drug-free workplace
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Ability to pass a physical requiring lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand, bend, twist, and perform physical labor for extended periods
