Position Overview
We are actively seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Manager to lead our Content Strategy and Production efforts at FUJIFILM Holdings America Corporation. In this role, you will be responsible for both the strategic long-term content planning and the day-to-day operations of our Corporate Communications function, all within a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
This pivotal position focuses on the meticulous planning, production, and publication of engaging content across our various channels, including our content news hub, podcasts, videos, and web updates, aimed at both external and internal audiences. As the ideal candidate, you will exhibit exceptional journalistic writing abilities and will take charge of optimizing and scheduling workflows to ensure our content meets Fujifilm's brand standards in the Americas while being visually consistent and delivered punctually. You will also leverage artificial intelligence strategically for content creation to enhance efficiency while maintaining a strong brand reputation.
Your collaborative spirit will enable you to work effectively with content providers across Fujifilm, ensuring a unified content approach and execution plan as a key member of the Digital & Brand Management team. You should possess a blend of outstanding strategic journalism, digital communication, and corporate communication experiences. This position reports directly to the Senior Director, Digital & Brand Management.

Position Responsibilities
The Senior Manager, Content Strategy and Production will play a critical role in strategizing, developing, and executing a variety of impactful content programs across the Americas for FUJIFILM Holdings America Corporation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a cohesive content strategy that aligns with company goals and the Corporate Communications strategy for the Americas.
- Establish the tone and voice for all content produced by FUJIFILM Holdings America Corporation, focusing on branded storytelling and strategic campaigns.
- Maintain consistency in messaging across all content formats for both external and internal audiences.
- Lead efforts to enhance executive visibility through earned, owned, and social media channels.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to identify and develop compelling stories that resonate with target audiences.
- Utilize artificial intelligence responsibly to improve content creation, deployment, and measurement processes.
- Oversee the creation of original surveys, reports, and data-driven storytelling initiatives.
- Explore new channels, formats, and partnerships to strengthen Fujifilm's reach within the Americas.
- Design and execute a multi-media content strategy that enables timely delivery across platforms.
- Analyze content effectiveness and provide insights to inform future content development.
- Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders across Life Sciences, business sectors, and technology.
- Manage budgeted resources effectively.
- Regularly measure and report on communication performance using defined metrics.
Required Skills/Education:
- 10+ years of professional communications experience, combining journalism with corporate communications, particularly with senior leaders (Vice President and above).
- 5+ years of demonstrated success in leading content programs that drive engagement and visibility with measurable results.
- Experience in Life Sciences/healthcare is highly preferred.
- Exceptional writing skills that ensure proficiency, speed, and consistency across various channels.
- Proficient in leveraging artificial intelligence in content creation and deployment.
- Excellent communicator with strong writing and editing capabilities and meticulous attention to detail.
- Experience in identifying and crafting newsworthy content.
- Thorough understanding of emerging trends, especially in Life Sciences.
- Exceptional organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to meet tight deadlines and mastery of AP Style.
- Proven capability to transform complex data into accessible and engaging content.
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment with ambiguity.
- Demonstrated leadership experience collaborating with diverse teams across cultures, including Japan and Europe experience is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Global corporate communications experience with the ability to work collaboratively across cultures.
- Experience in media/journalism within a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Salary and Benefits:
- $90,707.00 - $128,369.00 depending on experience.
