Position Summary
CORE Construction is seeking a Marketing Professional for our Mountain West division. This role reports directly to the Mountain West Director of Marketing, and works closely with regional leadership, and the Business Development team to promote our brand, communicate our mission, capabilities, and strengths to clients, and to continuously find new ways to serve our clients. The primary function of this position is to implement strategic pursuits and lead in the creation and production of editorial-quality proposals, presentations, deliverables, and top-notch events. At least 50% of this role's time will be focused on day to day AEC proposal content creation. A large portion of the work will include designing layouts and creating tailored copywriting. As such, InDesign skills are highly desirable. This role requires a candidate with exceptional leadership, organizational, verbal, graphical, and written communication skills, along with the ability to multitask, often while working under tight deadlines. This person demonstrates servant leadership, enjoys being busy, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. This position will work out of the CORE office in Boise, Idaho.
