This role is not just about selling homes.. it is about building relationships, creating repeatable systems, and leading well as new communities come to life. You will work closely with builders, buyers, and our internal team to guide projects from early planning through closing, while setting the standard for how our new construction division operates.

What You'll Do

• Represent multiple new construction communities from early stages through completion
• Serve as the primary relationship holder with builders, developers, and key partners
• Manage lot releases, pricing conversations, incentives, and timelines with professionalism and transparency
• Guide buyers through expectations, selections, upgrades, and the overall building process
• Host model home tours, on site meetings, and milestone walkthroughs
• Collaborate with marketing and operations to attract, educate, and convert buyers
• Lean on strong transaction and operational support to stay client focused
• Train, mentor, and support a small on site agent group as volume increases
• Help shape systems and standards for a scalable new construction division

Responsibilities

  • Guide clients through the entire new build process, helping them understand the benefits and features of newly constructed properties.
  • Coordinate with builders and developers to gather detailed information on new construction projects, ensuring clients have access to up-to-date information.
  • Conduct property tours for potential buyers, emphasizing the unique aspects of new builds and providing insights into the construction process.
  • Stay informed about market trends and emerging developments in the real estate industry to better assist clients.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by promptly addressing client inquiries and concerns throughout the new construction journey.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to create effective marketing strategies for new construction listings, focusing on highlighting their unique features.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in the company database to ensure seamless communication and follow-up.
Qualifications
  • Real estate license in the state of Idaho or willingness to obtain one.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Passion for new construction and a keen interest in the real estate market.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a drive to succeed.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in technology and comfortable using real estate software and tools.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new strategies and techniques.
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
  • Positive attitude and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
