Position Summary...

What you'll do...

You will play a crucial role in enhancing our training programs by coordinating and overseeing various training activities. This involves developing strong relationships with key stakeholders to support our initiatives that align with both customer and business objectives. You will identify goals, address areas for improvement, and promote continuous learning with a focus on adapting to changes.

Your responsibilities will include conducting training classes as per the scheduled curriculum, engaging with associates in person and virtually across multiple Academy locations. You will keep updated on store processes through active collaboration with associates and leaders and provide supervision and development opportunities for team members, fostering a culture of inclusivity and belonging.

As an Academy Training Coach, you will be delivering training through various methods including in-person sessions and virtual reality training. You will ensure compliance with all company policies, uphold our core values, and guide associates on applying these practices in their daily operations.

You will conduct site visits to ensure that classroom learnings are effectively translating to the expected performance in facility processes and report your findings to leadership. In addition, you will be actively involved in content teachbacks, facilitates audits, and helps in content development, providing valuable feedback to improve our training content.

You will enhance the adoption of structural changes by educating associates on new initiatives, ensuring a smooth transition through both classroom and virtual training sessions. You will also provide exceptional customer service as needed, assisting in the execution of facility operations.

The annual salary range for this role is $65,000.00 - $80,000.00, with additional compensation possibilities depending on location and other factors.

Minimum Qualifications...

To qualify, you must currently be a Walmart associate with at least 18 months of experience in operations as a salaried management member supervising non-exempt associates. A successful completion of background checks and required training is essential.

Preferred Qualifications...

Experience supervising a team of five or more, with direct responsibilities in performance management, mentoring, and hiring.
