Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assisting with patient's laundry
• Providing medication reminders
• Meeting safety needs of patients
• Reporting significant changes in the patient's condition to their supervisor
• Preparing light meals and assisting in feeding patient if necessary
• Performing range of motion and other simple exercises
• Maintaining documentation and care procedures
• Adhering to privacy policies and infection control protocols
• Bathing assistance as needed
• Light housekeeping as needed
• Companionship services

Requirements:

• 18 years of age (or older)
• Valid Driver's License
• Auto Insurance
