Key Responsibilities:

  • Train and oversee crew members on food safety protocols.
  • As Cash Manager, you will set up registers, reconcile cash throughout your shift, and verify safe cash at various intervals.
  • Take charge as Operations Leader by organizing and supervising shifts in line with the Daily Operations Plan.
  • Conduct walk-throughs to ensure readiness for opening or closing, as well as for busy rush periods.
  • Perform regular checks during the shift, focusing on Taste and Accuracy.
  • Utilize flow charts and checklists for efficient openings, closings, and post-rush activities while optimizing labor efficiency.
  • Collaborate with the management team to train, develop, and engage with crew members and Team Trainers, promoting retention through effective communication.
  • Lead the kitchen team in meeting quality production and service standards while fostering a safe and professional working environment.
  • Monitor cooking, labeling, holding, and rotation of products to ensure freshness and minimize waste.
  • Execute shift-specific protocols according to the Daily Operations Plan and assist in maintaining proper staffing levels through effective scheduling.
  • Address Taste and Accuracy concerns raised in the Voice of the Customer reports.
  • Influence food costs by managing inventory checks, analyzing shift counts, handling product credits, tracking waste, and collaborating on actionable plans with the management team.
  • Maintain inventory levels and place food orders accordingly.
  • Implement weekly cleaning schedules by assigning tasks and coaching crew members on their completion.

What We Expect From You:

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Ability to pass background checks and drug screenings.
  • One or more years of restaurant experience is preferred.
  • Strong ability to multi-task and maintain composure under pressure.
  • Effective in providing and receiving direction, thriving in a team environment, and focusing on customer orientation.
  • Professional demeanor when resolving customer-related concerns and issues.
  • Capability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with various temperature conditions.
  • Ability to stand for long periods.
  • Willingness to use a headset.
  • Physical ability to lift (up to 25-50 pounds), reach, push, pull, bend, kneel, and stoop.
  • Consistent availability for work, including all shifts and days of the week.
  • Flexibility to transfer between locations as necessary for business needs.
  • ServSafe certification or willingness to obtain it.
