Summary: Anova Care, a leading provider of home care and home health services, is excited to invite applications for the position of Patient Services Representative. You will be the welcoming point of contact for patients, providing exceptional service both in-person and over the phone.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer the telephone promptly and courteously, ensuring urgent calls are directed to the appropriate personnel.
• Facilitate appointment scheduling, verify patient information, and ensure accurate data entry.
• Efficiently register patients and prepare necessary documentation for their visits.
• Conduct reminder calls to patients about their upcoming appointments at least one business day in advance.
• Collect co-pays and maintain accurate financial records.
• Exhibit excellent customer service skills to enhance patient experience.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• A minimum of 1 year of customer service experience, ideally within a medical environment, or a combination of training and experience.
• Proficient in English communication, with strong computer skills. Familiarity with medical terminology is a plus.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills for effective interaction with patients and healthcare professionals.
• Adept at upholding high standards of customer service in a dynamic setting.
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach to managing workload.

Schedule:

• Full-time, 8-hour shifts, Monday to Friday

Salary: $30.00 - $75.00 per hour
