What You Will Do
- Validate and reconcile financial data across multiple reporting systems to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Execute financial planning and reporting processes and implement process improvements that increase efficiency and reliability.
- Prepare budget baselines and planning scenarios and assess their validity using analysis and knowledge of supported business units.
- Ensure adherence to standardized reporting processes and data governance requirements.
- Deliver reporting outputs and commitments in alignment with established service-level agreements.
- Develop and document detailed procedures that enable standardized planning and reporting operations.
- Partner with business units to understand reporting needs and support scalable solutions through the center-of-excellence model.
- Contribute to special projects as the reporting center expands into additional capabilities and functions.
Required
- Bachelor's degree.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in financial planning or financial reporting.
- Experience developing or applying financial planning and reporting capabilities.
- This role requires living within commuting distance of our Flower Mound, TX office.
- Hybrid work arrangement: 2 days onsite per week (Tuesday & Wednesday), with flexibility to work remotely on other days.
