Responsibilities

Perform a variety of customer service functions.

Responsibilities:

• Handle customer service inquiries and problems. Provide orientation and education for various types of equipment to customers. May also include instructions on patient owned repairs.
• Use systems for tracking, information gathering, or troubleshooting.
• Respond to inquiries and may refer customers to secondary sources.
• Maintain records as appropriate.

Requirements

Education:

• High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required. Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.

Additional Preferences

Previous healthcare customer service preferred, switchboard operator experience preferred.
