Account Executive - Commercial Lines

Opportunity:

Our client is one of Virginia's largest insurance firms providing commercial lines and professional liability insurance coverage and products to its clients. This position is designed as a Hybrid role with two days in the Richmond office in a very relaxed atmosphere.

The successful Account Executive candidate will operate with the help of a CSR and account manager responsible for working with small to mid-market firms

Background & Duties:

• Provide day to day account management of client accounts in the small to mid-market segment.
• Commercial accounts are in the range of $5,000 - $100k premium range.
• Operate with the support of a CSR and account manager.
• Work mostly with professional liability and cyber products and coverages.
• Manage the high-profile relationships of the clients.
• Correspond and coordinate with carriers on behalf of clients.
• Work on annual renewals with clients.
• Upselling and cross-selling is optional.
• Develop and foster quality relationships with clients and teammates.

• Salary: Commensurate with experience with a minimum of $70k - $80k in base salary plus annual bonus.
