Pay Rate Range: $50 - $56.33/hr. on W2 This is a Hybrid role. Looking for someone to go into San Jose office. Minimum 3 days onsite is required. The contract is for 12 months and includes a 30-day probationary period. Duties:
As a member of the Volume and Scale Pricing Frameworks Team, you will have an impact on key business decisions for ***'s future technology strategies and cross-product federal-level initiatives.
You will support SKU creation, pricing, third-party Mobile App pricing, and the International Expansion initiative.
Your role involves executing operational tasks, leading new process definitions and execution, collaborating with teams such as Pricing Operations, Pricing Technologies, Engineering Development, Quality Assurance, Revenue Accounting, Sales, Legal, and cross-functional program managers to solve problems, remove barriers, and define/enhance new pricing capabilities.
You will manage projects, build and document repeatable processes, and thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
Resilience, advanced Excel skills, data analysis expertise, and clear communication with stakeholders are essential. Understanding the end-to-end product launch supply chain is crucial.
This role requires you to be based in San Jose or Lehi and come into the office three days a week (minimum).
What you will do:
Lead operational aspects of the Digital Media product lifecycle in emerging markets, including SKU creation and pricing, facilitation of approvals for business strategy and pricing requests.
Lead third-party pricing integration between *** and mobile app stores.
Define new processes and release management to ensure the successful deployment of new system capabilities.
Document new processes and tools to expand pricing capabilities related to international expansion, FX rates, third-party app store pricing, and improve overall operational efficiency and effectiveness.
Project planning using Workfront and Power BI to implement business decisions, including key milestones, and drive progress to achieve project goals and timelines.
Work cross-functionally and effectively communicate with all upstream/downstream stakeholders, to ensure understanding of strategy, project plan, and impacts.
Skills: What you need to succeed:
5+ years of experience in an operational role, prioritizing and managing projects with accuracy and diligence.
Advanced knowledge and fluency with Excel, Workfront, Confluence/Wiki, SAP, SharePoint, and Power BI required.
Experienced in driving processes and consistently meeting established key milestones in a fast-paced environment.
Strong problem-solving skills to research and identify issues, root cause, and proposed resolution.
Meticulous attention to detail, analytical skills, and auditing experience required.
Strong process analysis to identify opportunities for optimization, design solutions, and create implementation plans.
Excellent communication, listening, and interpersonal skills at all levels of the organization.
Experience creating training documentation/curriculum is a plus.
Strong Visual Basic (VBA) and MS Excel development skills are a plus.
