Adecco Permanent Recruitment has partnered with a global manufacturer to recruit and hire a full-time National Field Service Manager to oversee client accounts and lead technical support, services, and training for an assigned territory. Please note this position requires 75%-80% travel (Monday-Friday).
Responsibilities:
- Visit customer sites to repair and service HVAC and water heating systems.
- Provide technical guidance to customers and technicians, both on-site and over the phone.
- Ensure systems work effectively and report on performance and/or issues.
- Train and mentor new technicians.
- Support product improvement efforts by collaborating with engineering teams to test and enhance systems.
- Handle customer complaints and ensure issues are resolved quickly and efficiently.
- Perform inspections and coordinate start-up of systems for new installations.
- Ability to travel at least 75% of the time
- 5+ years of technical experience in HVAC, water heaters, boilers, or similar products.
- Experience with mechanical and electrical systems (e.g., gas supply, pumps, piping).
- Customer service and field support experience.
- Familiarity with building integration systems and national/state codes.
- Technical certifications preferred (e.g., EPA608, NATE).
- Annual base salary in the 90k-110k range
