Team Building and leadership
Estimate task resource requirements and completion estimates
Develop project and contract deliverables within resource estimates
Track project and contract deliverable progress
Develop monthly project reports
Develop ad hoc reports
Develop and conduct project communications
Track project risks, issue and action item progress and resolution
Develop and conduct project briefings as requested
Maintain detailed WBS and Project Schedule
Maintain and execute project management plans (risk and issue management, etc.)
Deliverables Produced:
Project-defined deliverables
Weekly status meetings with updated agendas, minutes, and action items
Weekly updates to risk and issue tracking logs, WBS, etc.
Project briefings
Project status reports
Fully staffed, effectively engaged team
Updated project documents
A minimum of three (3) years of experience (5 years preferred) providing diverse technical and management services to government agencies.

A minimum of three (3) years (5 years preferred) of broad and extensive project management (PM) experience successfully managing information technology (IT) programs and projects.
