We're hiring experienced Project Schedulers!

Join our team supporting high‑tech construction projects. We're looking for professionals skilled in Construction Project Scheduling with strong Primavera P6 experience. In this role, you'll develop, coordinate, and maintain project schedules to keep our programs on track.

What You'll Do

• Build, analyze, integrate, and maintain project and program schedules.
• Coordinate with field teams and subcontractors for updates and recovery schedules.
• Identify risks, forecast schedule impacts, and recommend mitigation plans.
• Monitor progress, implement controls, and develop contingency schedules.
• Communicate schedule status clearly across teams and stakeholders.
• Support projects through full lifecycle with a strong understanding of A/E design and construction processes.

What You Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Sciences (preferred).
• Proven experience in project scheduling, planning, and coordination.
• Strong Primavera P6 and Microsoft Excel skills.
• Solid understanding of project controls, schedule analysis, and reporting.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and leadership abilities.
• Analytical problem‑solving skills and comfort working across all project levels.
• Familiarity with shared drives, web applications, and change control processes.
