Luttrell Staffing Group is hiring for Quality Assurance | Lab Tech in Lebanon, TN - Apply Today!

Your benefits as Quality Assurance | Lab Tech:
• Pay: $19 per hour
• 8 to 10-Hour Shifts
• Monday-Friday (OFF Saturday-Sunday)
• Zero Fees - you'll never be charged for any screening service

Responsibilities of Quality Assurance | Lab Tech:
• Perform and document all quality assurance functions accurately and efficiently
• Conduct product and quality testing, including basic chemistry tests
• Support raw material inspections and inbound quality checks
• Collaborate on HACCP reviews and report SOP updates to the Director of Quality Assurance
• Collect and trend data for quality assurance programs
• Conduct routine facility walkthroughs to ensure food safety compliance and submit corrective actions as required
• Assist with production floor operations and internal or regulatory audits
• Follow lab manuals, policies, and safety procedures
• Complete other related duties as assigned

Qualifications and Desired Skills for Quality Assurance | Lab Tech:
• High School Diploma / GED - RESUME REQUIRED
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs (i.e. Word, Excel, and Outlook)
• Ability to read and understand testing procedures
• Excellent communication skills (i.e. oral and written)
• Strong math skills
• Lift 50 pounds
• Drug screen, background check
