This role combines responsibilities for general building and grounds maintenance with industrial equipment repair and troubleshooting, supporting safe, reliable, and efficient operations across the facilities./ppWhats in it for you?/ppElwood Staffing associates are eligible for a comprehensive and competitive benefits package plus an exclusive savings program, including:/pulliMedical/Vision/Dental/Rx plans/liliHoliday Pay/liliTeladoc (online care)/liliReferral Bonus Incentive/liliWeekly Pay/lili401k/liliAnd More!/li/ulpIndustrial Maintenance Technician Details:/pulliDirect Hire position/lili$ 31.00 / hour/liliFull Time work available/liliSecond Shift (Monday through Thursday from 04:00pm to 02:30am)/li/ululliIndustrial Maintenance: - Prepare, start up, and shut down production equipment. - Inspect, repair, and maintain manufacturing equipment, pumps, spray equipment, guns, and production tools. - Diagnose and repair electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems. - Perform welding (MIG,TIG, Stick), fabrication, and small rebuilds as required. - Support raw material testing and verification./liliFacility Maintenance: - Perform routine upkeep of building systems including plumbing, lighting, HVAC, and basic electrical. - Maintain grounds: snow removal, weed control, trash removal, and general exterior care. - Ensure safe and clean working conditions in all areas. - Install fixtures, complete carpentry/repair projects, and assist in facility upgrades/li/ulpIndustrial Maintenance Technician Qualifications:/pulli3+ years of combined general facility and industrial maintenance experience (manufacturing environment preferred)./liliPreventative/Predictive maintenance experience and knowledge/liliStrong mechanical, electrical, welding, plumbing, fabrication and troubleshooting knowledge. - Ability to operate forklifts (certification required). - Valid drivers license with insurable record./liliAbility to read blueprints, tape measures, calipers, and technical manuals./liliCan demonstrate usage of measuring tools (tape, calipers, micrometers, etc.)/liliMMS software knowledge a plus/liliTechnical school certifications are a plus/liliCCT certification/li/ululliApplicant may be subject to a background check/liliPre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment/li/ulp*A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
