As an Enterprise Client Retention Executive, you will serve as a vital strategic partner for mid-market and enterprise-level organizations, emphasizing the renewal and upgrade of existing services. Your main objective will be to foster and expand relationships with our current clients, ensuring they receive unparalleled value from Sparklight services. You will implement retention strategies, identify upsell opportunities, and achieve measurable business outcomes through outstanding service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Consultative Account Management: Build strong relationships with existing enterprise clients to assess shifting business needs and propose customized solutions that elevate satisfaction and value.
  • Retention & Renewal Expertise: Actively oversee contract renewals, mitigate churn risks, and enhance customer retention through thoughtful outreach and relationship-building efforts.
  • Service Upgrades & Expansion: Discover opportunities to upgrade services among current clients by analyzing client operations and industry trends.
  • Quota Achievement: Reach or surpass monthly retention and upsell goals through consistent execution and strategic account management.
  • Market Intelligence: Remain current on industry developments, competitive insights, and new technologies to establish Sparklight as a trusted advisor to our clients.
  • Collaboration Across Teams: Collaborate with various internal teams (engineering, product, support) to guarantee smooth delivery, effective issue resolution, and sustained client satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Minimum one year of B2B account management or retention experience, ideally in telecommunications, SaaS, or technology services.
  • Proven ability to navigate complex renewal processes and engage with senior leadership.
  • In-depth understanding of enterprise business needs and technological solutions.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated and organized with a results-oriented mindset and professional demeanor.
  • A valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and a strong driving record are required.
