Job Title: Shipping Coordinator Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Shipping Coordinator to support a hybrid shipping/receiving and office administration role. The ideal candidate will possess strong computer skills and have prior experience in shipping and receiving, working with customer invoices, coordinating with freight companies for scheduling pickups and deliveries, and efficiently navigating through various computer systems.
Responsibilities
Manage shipping and receiving operations.
Coordinate with freight companies to schedule pickups and deliveries.
Process customer invoices efficiently.
Provide administrative support as needed.
Perform data entry tasks accurately.
Utilize Oracle systems effectively.
Handle taxes and payables.
Essential Skills
Proficiency in shipping and receiving operations.
Experience in working with freight and logistics.
Strong command of Microsoft Office.
Familiarity with invoicing processes.
Experience with Salesforce.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience with administrative support tasks.
Ability to navigate complex computer systems.

Work Environment
Work in a dynamic welding/fabrication shop where safety is a priority. Composite-toed shoes and safety glasses are required on the production floor. Enjoy a flexible work schedule from Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, with some flexibility to start earlier or later around 8 am.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $30.00/hr.
