Temp-to-hire with a great local company! Duties: Assemble components and finished products in a fast-paced manufacturing setting. Follow supervisor instructions and adhere to quality standards. Learn the full production process from fabrication to final assembly. Operate small hand/power tools safely and effectively. Maintain a clean, safe work area and comply with all safety guidelines. Show respect for the law enforcement, security, and military clients the company serves. Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent preferred. 1+ year of manufacturing experience preferred. Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs. Excellent attention to detail and fine motor skills. Mechanically inclined with a strong understanding of component fit and function. Team player with good communication and problem-solving skills. Reliable transportation and excellent attendance. Must be drug-free. No felony convictions for violent crimes.
