Documentation Specialist

Our client, a leading organization in the healthcare and regulatory compliance industry, is seeking a Documentation Specialist to join their team. As a Documentation Specialist, you will be part of the Sales & Account Management support team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively across departments, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?

  • Write, edit, proofread, and maintain internal and external communications, documentation, and publications supporting Sales and Account Management teams.
  • Maintain and integrate documents into knowledge management applications and platforms.
  • Partner with stakeholders to gather and translate business requirements into clear, effective communications and documentation.
  • Maintain, update, and improve existing reference materials, policies, desk-level procedures (DLPs), and process documentation.
  • Conduct ongoing reviews of documentation to ensure alignment with best practices, usability standards, and department processes.

What's Needed?

  • 24+ years of experience in technical writing, business documentation, communications, or a related field.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (two years of relevant work experience may substitute for one year of college).
  • Experience with SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Office Suite, Salesforce, and knowledge management systems.
  • Strong stakeholder communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently with limited supervision while managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
