The Niemann Harvest Market Butcher Shop Meat Clerk duties include but are not limited to providing excellent customer service, weighing, wrapping and pricing meat, gaining product knowledge, rotation of product, merchandising, controlling shrink and working in a safe manner while fostering the Niemann Harvest Market culture.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

  1. Delivers superior guest service and ensure absolute customer satisfaction
  2. Learns and uses the three E's: Engagement, Educate, Empowerment
  3. Reads and follows recipes
  4. Food Preparation
  5. Cleans and organizes work area
  6. Knows use, and taste of products offered
  7. Quality assurance checks of department
  8. Properly handles and rotates product
  9. Day to day operational procedures to ensure stock level, inventory, and cleanliness
  10. Promotes sales and provides samples
  11. Work within company programs, policies and procedures
  12. Promotes and supports established programs
  13. Follows all safety policies and procedures
  14. Other duties as assigned
