qualifications:
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities - Advanced Modeling: Apply models such as Linear Mixed Models (LMM) and Generalized Estimating Equations (GEE) to analyze repeated-measures clinical data.
- Hypothesis Testing: Conduct moderator analyses to test if baseline characteristics or specific sleep timing influence treatment efficacy.
- Data Wrangling: Manage complex datasets, including reshaping data from wide to long formats and addressing missingness in longitudinal trials.
- Visualization: Create intuitive statistical graphics to clearly communicate findings to non-statistical stakeholders.
- Scientific Communication: Assist in drafting abstract submissions and presenting results, with a focus on maintaining scientific integrity when reporting null or complex findings.
Required/Preferred Education and Licenses - Proficiency in R or SAS is required.
- Currently enrolled in a Ph.D. program in Biostatistics, Statistics, or a related field.
