Sr. Data Analyst (Healthcare/Health Insurance)
Strong Data Analyst to support our Enterprise Data Services team in building out Client's Tech Health Operation Reporting platform.
The team rolled out the initial version of the platform focused on financial cost accounting, capacity management, resource forecasting & utilization in 2024 and is expanding upon the base platform to include tech health metrics to better understand flow, defect density, system/platform cost, tech debt, etc.
Our ideal candidate would meet the following requirements:
- Strong SQL experience, queries
- Source to Target mapping (S2Ts), provider, member and group data
- Strong User Story and backlog grooming
- Healthcare or Health Insurance required
- capturing rules, functional reps, Healthcare data, claims data (Facets)
- Experience with relational & non-relational DBs
- Cloud/AWS experience
- Experience building materialized views
- Excellent communication skills
- Self-starter/driven
- Proficient data/troubleshooting skills
