Overview

Employee must be willing and able to work in different aspects of the beef packing industry. Ability to work in hot/humid conditions and stand for entire shift. In addition, you will be required to wear all PPE and follow food and safety protocol.

Responsibilities

Tasks may include, but are not limited to the following:

• Cut, trim, skin, sort, and wash carcass in preparation for further processing.
• Use tools and machinery including, but not limited to, knives, wrap products, scales, grinders, and other hand or power tools.
• Ability to work around blood and other strong odors.
• Ability to perform repetitive motion using your hands/arms/wrist
• Ability to lift, push, pull or carry objects

• Must be able to wear all PPE for job requirement
• Must follow all food and safety protocols
