Responsibilities
- Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments
- Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
- Turn appointments into signed agreements, and skillfully advise and negotiate for clients
- Write and negotiate offers on behalf of your buyers
- Participate in team activities and meetings
- Commit to weekly coaching and/or trainings, including a weekly PLACE Partner Call
- Track activities and clients within the team database
- Successfully complete the PLACE Agent Launch program within first 120 days
