The Junior Business Analyst role focuses on supporting the day-to-day management and improvement of the banker platform (Salesforce). The analyst will work closely with business users to understand requirements, analyze data, and translate findings into actionable insights. A successful candidate will be a quick learner, detail-oriented, and comfortable presenting their work to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in financial services operations, working on projects that improve efficiency, data quality, and business decision making.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and define business requirements for system enhancements or reporting needs.
• Work closely with developers to design solutions that meet business needs.
• Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT), training sessions, and post implementation support.
• Along with other team members, build, maintain, and prioritize backlog to fulfill product vision.
• Participate in daily scrum meetings, sprint retrospectives and sprint planning.
• Prepare internal and external documentation supporting delivered requirements.
Required Skills:
• Quick to learn new systems and processes, especially within Salesforce.
• Comfortable analyzing data and spotting trends or issues.
• Strong Excel skills, familiarity with Salesforce is a plus
• Proactive in suggesting improvements and solving problems
• Flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
Nice to Haves:
• Exposure to working in an Agile environment (e.g., using Jira for sprint management).
• Experience with SQL for querying and managing data.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
• Experience within financial services industry
Education & Experience:
• Bachelor's degree required.
• 1-3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.
