OVERVIEW:

The Shipping Coordinator serves an integral role in ensuring our customers receive their orders in a timely manner. As a Shipping Coordinator, one must possess a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and commitment to exceptional customer service. Our newly renovated facility is in Meridian ID, less than a 20-minute commute from Boise. The Boise area offers a moderate climate with quick access to outdoor recreation.
THE POSITION :

• Receive, sort, and document finished goods into the shipping warehouse.
• Provide and verify accurate information for daily cycle counts.
• Process transactions in computer software and fulfill finished materials to customer orders.
• Package goods in preparation for shipping, including custom labeling, and check orders for accuracy against packing list.
• Ship orders through UPS, FedEx, and USPS integrated systems.
• Operate a pallet jack.
• Embody flexibility to fill in for others and take additional responsibilities.
• Follow all safety codes and adhere to all department processes and policies.

WHAT YOU CAN BRING:

• High school degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 2 years' experience working in a shipping/fulfillment warehouse environment preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task while maintaining attention to detail and deadlines.
• Flexible team player mentality, with a willingness to take on additional responsibilities
