Responsibilities: Your Role As our Research & Writing Attorney, you will: • Conduct high-level legal research across diverse areas such as personal injury, bad faith litigation, and civil sexual assault. • Draft compelling motions, briefs, and memoranda with precision and creativity. • Collaborate closely with senior litigators on strategy, argument development, and narrative framing. • Analyze legal precedent, statutes, and complex procedural rules to craft airtight legal support. • Assist in preparing key trial materials and appellate submissions that reflect clarity, compassion, and strength. Qualifications: What We Are Looking For • Juris Doctor (J.D.) and admission to the Oklahoma Bar. • Minimum 5 years of experience in litigation appellate work or clerking. Experience 10+ years preferred. • Outstanding research and writing skills, with samples that reflect persuasive legal storytelling. • Meticulous attention to detail and a sharp legal mind. • A passion for justice and a desire to use your legal talents for good. • Self-starter with emotional intelligence and collaborative spirit. • Must be licensed to practice law in the State of Oklahoma and admitted in good standing with the Oklahoma Bar Association. Compensation: $ 100,000 - $150,000 yearly dependent upon experience
